Restore Israel & The Nations Ministry

Today, we remember the day that changed the State of Israel and the Jewish world forever. Today, we mourn the loss of all IDF soldiers, security forces and civilians who were murdered and killed on and after that fateful day and we honor the survivors who have had to learn how to live in a new reality.

As we remember the loss and pain experienced on October 7, 2023, especially as we reflect on the prophetic implications and significance of ADONAI’s appointed times during this critical season, it's essential to take time to pray for Israel. 

We are called to be watchmen on the walls, interceding for the IDF, the leadership at the Mossad Israeli intelligence, Benjamin Netanyahu and all of Israel to be like the sons of Issachar, who understood the times they were living in and knew what to do about it: 

"From the tribe of Issachar, there were 200 leaders of the tribe with their relatives. All these men understood the signs of the times and knew the best course for Israel to take." 1 Chronicles 12:32

In order to understand the signs, we have to look throughout the Bible where the signs have occurred previously, we have to look at the current world events, and discern correctly the who, what, when, where, and why. Every major prophet in the Bible that spoke concerning Israel’s idolatries and sin were accompanied by specific signs and warnings of what was to come.

This past Shabbat Torah Portion Ha'Azinu - "Give Ear!" Moses was instructed to teach the Israelites a great prophetic song called the "Ha'azinu", which in English means, Give Ear or Listen!

The words of this song foretells of Israel's history (past, present, and the future redemption), and warns the people not to stray from the path that the LORD had commanded.

If you look at what has happened recently, beginning in 2020, we had all 4 signs present over, not just in Israel, but the world, of plague, famine and economic hardships, major civil unrest concerning the riots and protests, followed lately with war - especially in this escalating war with Hamas, Hezbollah and the head of the terrorism snake: the Iranian regime (which Biblically is actually called Elam).

All of these things are all signs of birth pangs, which have been brought on by sin and idolatry that have been occurring not only in the nations, but most certainly in Israel. These have opened doors for violence, antisemitism and terrorism to run rampant in our nations! And they are all signs of ADONAI’s judgements on the earth!

We have just celebrated Yom Teruah the Jewish New Year 5785, which the Hebraic numerical value of the number 5 means "grace". And since there are two number 5's this year, it is considered the year of "double grace".

In this year of double grace, let's pray for Israel to see their current spiritual condition, their partial blindness to the Truth (Romans 11:25-27), learning from their past mistakes so that they will not repeat the sins that our people committed against ADONAI, but will turn to Him in repentance, giving ear to what the RUACH HA'KODESH (Holy Spirit) is saying!

And as the Shofar is being sounded - especially in the coming holiest day of the year, Yom Kippur, we pray that ADONAI will remove the scales from their eyes, causing the RUACH HA'KODESH (Holy Spirit) to be poured out upon them, bringing healings, deliverances, transformation and salvation, as they look to the One whom they have pierced and mourn for Him, as the only begotten Son of God, YESHUA HA'MASHIACH!!

"And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son." Zechariah 12:10

We are currently in between the Feasts of ADONAI; Yom Teruah and Yom Kippur. We count 10 days from one to the other. These 10 days are are called the 10 DAYS OF AWE. The Jewish people take this time to do a spiritual preparation for Yom Kippur, where they believe the Book of Life is opened and ADONAI will make important decisions on their behalf, for the year to come. And the decisions are influenced by their obedience to His commandments.

"Here is the perseverance of the saints —those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of YESHUA." Revelation 14:12

We too need to take this opportunity to take stock of our own spiritual condition, and make sure we are walking in the ways of the LORD.

Ultimately, ADONAI will vindicate His justice and mercy before heaven and earth by saving Israel from her enemies and atoning for all her sins. The prophetic song "Ha'azinu" that Moses prophesied over the people ends with this very promise:  

“Cry out, O nations, with his people, for He will avenge his servants’ blood; He will take vengeance against his enemies, and will atone for His land and His people.” Deuteronomy 32:43

What is the Purpose of The 10 Days of Awe?

1) To bring us closer to ADONAI, to make sure we are in right standing before Him.

2) It's a time of repentance, being cleansed by the precious blood of His dear Son, YESHUA. For us as Believers in MESSIAH YESHUA, we are to honor Him for being our atonement for sins. Reverencing Him even more, because He is our Advocate and Redeemer. Most importantly, we are to praise Him for His mercy towards us.

"22 But you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, 23 to the congregation of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the Judge of all, to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, 24 to Yeshua the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel." Hebrews 12:22-24

Let the sound of the shofar be heard in your home, even if you don't have a shofar! Why? Because the SOUND of the shofar, brings VICTORY into our homes and into our lives!

"9When you go into battle in your own land against an enemy who is oppressing you, sound a blast on the trumpets [Shofars]. Then you will be remembered by the LORD your God and rescued from your enemies. 10 Also at your times of rejoicing—your appointed festivals and New Moon feasts—you are to sound the trumpets [Shofars] over your burnt offerings and fellowship offerings, and they will be a memorial for you before your God. I am the LORD your God.” Numbers 10:9-10

Let the resounding sound of the shofar be heard in your home as you prepare for Yom Kippur, bringing VICTORIES and BREAKTHROUGHS not only in your life, but for ALL ISRAEL as well!

We proclaim and call forth the promise found in Romans 11:26, over Israel right now:

"And in this way all Israel will be saved. As it is written: “The deliverer will come from Zion; He will turn godlessness away from Jacob."
