Purim is the ultimate celebration of the defeat over evil. The ultimate picture of divine Justice. Purim is the ultimate picture of THE DIVINE REVERSAL.
The story of wicked Haman that conspired to kill the Jews. But God raised up Mordechai and Esther to intercede on behalf of the people. The story is supercharged with the power of fasting and prayer as we see Esther call the Jewish people in Shushan, Persia, into a 3 day fast.

This year, Purim began yesterday, Friday March 14th, 2025.
Mordechai, a righteous man who had previously uncovered a plot being made to assassinate the King and ultimately saved the kings life, finally received his recompense, only after a long time of being forgotten.
Esther was prepared for 12 months before she had that moment in front of the King. Sometimes that season of preparation can feel like a delay...

PARASHAH KI TISA - Who Will Stand for the Living God?

Shalom beloved Mishpacha,
As I write this, my heart burns with the fire of the Ruach Ha'Kodesh (Holy Spirit). We are living in prophetic times—times of great shaking, testing, and purification. This week’s Torah portion, Ki Tisa (Exodus 30:11–34:35), is a call to choose whom we will serve in the face of a world drowning in deception.
THE SIN OF THE GOLDEN CALF: A WARNING FOR TODAY
This parashah recounts one of the darkest moments in Israel’s history—a moment of betrayal. The very people whom God had rescued with signs and wonders, who had heard His voice at Sinai, turned their backs on Him and fashioned a golden calf.
"These are your gods, O Israel, who brought you up from the land of Egypt!"
Exodus 32:4
How could they exchange the Living God for a lifeless idol? Yet, beloved, this is not just in ancient story—it is happening today! The world is drowning in Avodah Zara (idolatry). False religions, materialism, the worship of self, the exaltation of human wisdom over God’s truth—Baal and Mammon still reign in the hearts of many!
But where are the voices like Moses? Where are those who will cry out, "Mi La’ADONAI elai!" (Whoever is for the LORD, come to me!) Exodus 32:26.
THE SPIRIT OF ELIYAH: A FIRE TO CLEANSE THE ALTARS
I do not believe it is a coincidence that my name is Eliyah. I know deep in my soul that the calling of my life is to walk in the Malachi Spirit of Elijah—to prepare the way for the return of the King!
Just as Elijah stood alone on Mount Carmel against the 450 prophets of Baal (1 Kings 18:21), we too are called to stand against the false altars of this generation. We must tear down the high places in our hearts and return to the pure worship of ADONAI, echad (together)!
"How long will you waver between two opinions? If ADONAI is God, follow Him! But if Baal is god, follow him!" 1 Kings 18:21
The time of compromise is over. God is separating the holy from the profane. There is no room for lukewarmness in His presence. Just as Moses shattered the tablets upon seeing Israel’s sin, God is shattering every false image, every human philosophy, every counterfeit fire that has distracted His people.
I write these words not as a distant observer but as one in the furnace of affliction. Many of you know that I am in the fiercest battle of my life—fighting stage 4 breast cancer. The world may call this a death sentence, but I serve the God of resurrection!
I will not bow to fear. I will not bow to despair. I will stand in the fire, like the three Hebrews who refused to bow down to Nebuchadnezzar’s idol. I know that my Redeemer lives, and whether in this life or the next, I will proclaim His power and His glory!
"But now, this is what ADONAI says—He who created you, O Jacob, He who formed you, O Israel: ‘Fear not, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by name, you are Mine! When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, nor will the flame scorch you!'"
Isaiah 43:1-2
To those who have prayed for me, who have sown into my life, who have believed with me for a miracle—you are part of this testimony. You are standing with me in the fire. You are part of the battle, and when the victory comes, it will be for the glory of God alone!
A FINAL CRY: WHO WILL PREPARE THE WAY?
Parashah Ki Tisa ends with Moses shining with the radiance of God’s glory after being in His presence.
Beloved, that is our destiny! We were not created for the defilement of this world—we were created to shine with the fire of His holiness!
We are the generation that must prepare the way for the return of YESHUA HA'MASHIACH! We must cry out like Elijah, like Moses, like Yochanan (John) the Immerser:
"Repent! For the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!" Matthew 3:2
This is not the time to bow to idols. This is not the time to be silent. The battle is raging, but the LION OF JUDAH is roaring! Will you stand with Him?
"Arise, shine, for your light has come! The glory of ADONAI has risen upon you!"
Isaiah 60:1
I love you all. Stand firm. Shine brightly. The King is coming!

PURIM: THE DIVINE REVERSAL
In the same way that ADONAI was preparing Moses and Elijah, He was preparing Esther for her calling. He was preparing her for something much bigger, to do and walk out.
This means we too must learn how to embrace these seasons of preparation, the furnace of affliction that Elihana is currently facing. And not despise these hardships that come our way, not despise these moments of waiting! We must realize that God is purifying us and positioning us, so that we can fulfill our calling, the destiny He has for each of us to fulfill!
We are currently in the month of Adar, a month that is known for joy, a month that is known for divine reversals. It is a month where we can glean from, in this season of preparation, a season of purification, where the LORD is positioning us for success in our future, FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS!
This is what happened with Esther. She went through a time of extensive preparation before she stepped into that moment of change, that moment where everything shifted suddenly!
This is a time where the LORD is going to reset, reposition and restore the joy of our salvation!
But here's the KEY: It's even BEFORE our circumstances shift!
A lot of times we wait on joy, right? We wait for something to manifest, in order for us to be able to feel the joy. But the LORD is inviting us to step into that season of joy even before our circumstances shifts! We need to trust that God is always working behind the scenes, and always working everything out together for our good.
"For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime;weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning."
Psalm 30:5
This is the time of THE DIVINE REVERSAL!
The Lord is exposing evil plots and wicked conspiracies against the righteous and is causing the wicked to fall into their own traps, while the innocent are vindicated, restored, honored and celebrated.
Divine recompense and redemption, joy and blessings, double honor instead of shame!
Therefore, we need to start praising ADONAI because miracles, signs and wonders are everywhere, happening here and now!
Instead of Mordechai being killed by Haman, the King forced Haman to honor Mordechai. Then Esther reveals to the King the wicked and evil plot of Haman to have her and her people killed. This wicked Haman was plotting to kill the innocent and was looking to destroy all of the Jewish people! There was a death-sentence over the nation of Israel!
But instead, Haman is hung on his own gallows along with his entire family. The very gallows he built to have the Jews killed on. He reaped what he sowed. No one attacked him. No one planned him evil. The evil he intended to bring upon the innocent was brought upon himself! Justice was served.
"Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.
8 “For I, the LORD, love justice; I hate robbery and wrongdoing. In my faithfulness I will reward my people and make an everlasting covenant with them.9 Their descendants will be known among the nations and their offspring among the peoples. All who see them will acknowledge that they are a people the LORD has blessed.” Isaiah 61:7-9
When God acts NO ONE CAN REVERSE IT.
God was working behind the scenes all along, even though Esther couldn't see it, the Hebrews couldn't see it, but ADONAI was orchestrating every detail along the way! As Esther did her part, and gathered up the courage to confronted the King, regardless of whether she would live or die, we too need to have that same kind of attitude, that same kind of courage, when facing those the LORD puts in our lives, to stand for the Truth, to represent Him, in the face of adversity!
The FEAR OF ADONAI needs to be what drives us to do what is right, to make the right decisions, to wait on Him, to trust in Him and to persevere under trials!
“Then those who feared the Lord spoke with one another. The LORD paid attention and heard them, and a book of remembrance was written before Him of those who feared the LORD and esteemed His name.
“They shall be mine, says the LORD of hosts, in the day when I make up my treasured possession, and I will spare them as a man spares his son who serves him.
Then once more you shall see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve Him.”
Malachi 3:16-18
